We have to admit, we made a huge mistake not buying these from the jump. We didn't truly understand how gorgeous they were until we saw them in person. This fit is a perfect blend of military inspiration and contemporary styling. It has a wonderful taper, without being too slim allowing them to feel tailored, yet comfy. You get a little bit of everything with these pants, and it's turned up a few notches with this heavier stretch corduroy. It's only 2% stretch, so just enough to make them more comfortable but not compromise the gorgeous texture. This fabric is a plush dream. It suits the pant perfectly which can be seen by the way it drapes in the pictures. This pant can be worn with literally anything and should be considered as your next everyday wear.

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a (3) in these pants. He tends to find that the New Yorker fits roomier up top because of the elastic waist band, but he has really appreciated a roomier cut as of late. In order to get the leg opening and the calf to be a little roomier, he sized up. For a slimmer cut, he could have easily sized down to a (2). He is our standard fit model at 5'10", 170lbs with a 33-34" waist.
